Description
American public servant and ninth Executive Director of the World Food Programme (WFP) 1992-2002 Was born 30 March 1950 in Syracuse, New York, United States. She is the daughter of Fulvio Bertini, engineer and city councilman, and Ann Vino, nurse. In 1988 she married Thomas E. Haskell, photographer.
