Description

Australian diplomat and eighth Executive Director of the World Food Programme (WFP) 1982-1992 Was born in Warragul, Victoria, Australia on 27 February 1928 and died 15 February 2023 in Canberra, Australia. He is the son of James Edward Ingram, government clerk, and Gladys May Ingram. On 16 October 1950 he married Odette Koven, French diplomatic staff member, with whom he has two daughters and one son.
