Description

Lebanese diplomat and Secretary General of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) 1970-1976 and Council President of ICAO 1976-2006 Was born 6 November 1924 in Hasbaya, Lebanon and passed away 27 February 2014 in Montreal, Canada. He was the son of Adib Kotaite, landowner and civil servant, and Kamlé Abu-Samra, humanitarian worker. On 11 February 1983 he married Monique Ayoub.
