Description

Dutch civil servant and second Secretary-General of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) 1969-1984 Was born 20 January 1915 in Amsterdam and passed away 2 October 1996 in The Hague, The Netherlands. He was the son of Louis Henri van Lennep, banker, and Catharina Hillegonda Enschedé. On 5 June 1941 he married Alexa Alison Labberton. They had two daughters and two sons.
