Description

MonomerBank (demo) — a small, sleek demonstration of the MonomerBank release pipeline: a public monomer dataset versioned on GitHub and archived to Zenodo with a citable DOI on every release, via native GitHub↔Zenodo integration.

⚠️ Sandbox demo — not for citation. This record lives on Zenodo Sandbox. Its DOI is non-permanent, is not registered with DataCite, and will not resolve. It exists solely to validate the release-and-archive mechanics. The production MonomerBank release is published separately.

Changes in v0.2.0: second tagged snapshot, confirming that successive GitHub releases archive as new versions under the same concept DOI. Dataset contents unchanged from v0.1.0; repository metadata and README references tidied up.

Contents: 100 public non-canonical amino acid / peptide monomers, each with a stable accession, canonical and IUPAC names, InChIKey, unprotected and attachment-point SMILES, monomer type, closest natural analog, and cross-references to ChEMBL, PubChem, the HELM standard library, and CycPeptMPDB.

  • data/monomers.yaml — authoritative source, full nested schema.
  • data/monomers.csv — the same 100 records, flattened to 14 columns.

This snapshot contains only records with release_status: public. Published Zenodo versions are immutable; corrections ship as a new release under the same concept DOI.
