Description

French international lawyer and Secretary of the European Commission of the Danube (ECD) 1911-1913 and Secretary-General of the ECD 1913-1935 Was born 9 January 1870 in Paris, France and died 17 March 1952 in Paris. He was the son of Georges Rey, merchant, and Marie Elisa Paris. He married Marthe [Rey], with whom he had two daughters.
